Target group and description: For future trainees or applicants for jobs from level B.2 Course content: Workshops and training units in small groups (from 10 participants) in 2 days per week 1 individual coaching á 1 teaching unit per week. The focus is on in-company work testing with a potential training or job employer 3 days a week for sustainable integration.
