Target group and description: for asylum seekers with good prospects of staying in Germany and migrants with or without vocational training and little knowledge of the German language who are interested in working in the automotive industry and thus want to improve their chances of entering the labour market. Participation requires support from the employment agency or a job centre (language level: at least A2)
